Leadership

Coaching Staff

JE
Josh Everett
Head Coach, Girls Volleyball · Since 2023

A Bridgewater-Raritan alum who played on the Panthers' 2005 state championship boys' volleyball team, Everett spent 10 years as an assistant coach for both the girls' and boys' programs before being named girls' head coach in 2023, succeeding Hall of Fame coach Corey Romanak. He's coming off a 2025 season that included a Somerset County Tournament championship and a first-round NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 4 tournament win over Montgomery. He also serves as JV coach for BRHS Boys Volleyball. "We want to see our players grow off the court as much as on the court," Everett has said. "They are student-athletes, not athlete-students."

Player Spotlight

Featured Player

Camille Hilton — Bridgewater-Raritan Panther Volleyball, Zarcone Photography
Camille Hilton
Junior · Libero

The most proven returning player on the roster. As a sophomore, Hilton was First Team All-Skyland Delaware — 490 digs, 58 aces, 63 assists, and a 5.83 digs/set average. In 2026 she’s anchored BR’s serve-receive again: a team-high 272 digs through 17 matches (37 in the Sep 30 win over Governor Livingston), plus 47 assists and 22 aces.

2025 stats provided by the program; 2026 stats per NJ Record Book, through Oct 7.

2026 Season

Players To Watch

BR graduated 10 seniors off last year's county-championship roster, including its two primary kill producers. These are the returning players who've taken over that production.

CH
Camille Hilton
Jr. · Libero/DS

The most proven returning player on the roster. As a sophomore, Hilton was First Team All-Skyland Delaware — 490 digs, 58 aces, 63 assists, and a 5.83 digs/set average. She’s been exactly that anchor in 2026: a team-high 272 digs through 17 matches, plus 47 assists and 22 aces.

MS
Margarita Silvar
Sr.

Already a contributor as a junior — four kills, a block, and eight digs in an early win over Hillsborough, six kills against Phillipsburg, at least 81 digs on the season — and described by Coach Josh Everett as the team’s "most underrated player." As a senior captain in 2026 she’s become the primary attacker: a team-high 115 kills and 27 aces through 17 matches.

BK
Brooke Krizan
Jr. · Setter

Krizan already showed she can run the varsity offense: 46 assists, 15 digs, and 3 aces in a 3-1 win over Bloomfield last October — among New Jersey’s notable single-match assist totals — on the way to 97 varsity assists as a sophomore behind senior starter Ella Sorenson. With BR’s starting setter graduated, she took over the offense full-time in 2026: 318 assists and 110 digs through 17 matches.

BR's two leading kill producers from 2025 — Grace Marvuglio and Sydney Bishop, who combined for 30 kills in the county semifinal alone — both graduated. Reese Albano (72 digs in 2025) and the rest of the returning group inherit that gap; through 17 matches, Margarita Silvar (115 kills) and Viktoria Borodkin (93 kills, team-high 44.5 blocks) have filled most of that gap, per NJ Record Book.
