The Road To The Title

Okolo has been the steady complement to Jahmier Black in Bridgewater-Raritan's backfield all season — 144 yards and 2 touchdowns on 40 carries through the first four games — and then delivered his biggest performance yet in the September 26 shutout of Westfield, scoring both of the Panthers' non-Black touchdowns in the 20-0 win to push his season total to 4. He also starts at linebacker, with 11 tackles on the year.

Coaching Staff
Catalano joined the Bridgewater-Raritan program four years ago, spending his first season under then-head coach Rick Mantz before taking over as head coach. Entering his third year leading the program in 2025, he guided the Panthers to their first sectional championship in school history.
Assistant Coaching Staff
Entering his 27th year coaching high school football; won 58 games in 8 years at North Brunswick (2017-2024) before joining Bridgewater-Raritan.
Former head football coach at Indian Hills High School (2019-2023), after four years as an assistant there.
Entering his ninth season with the program and fourth as offensive coordinator; a Bridgewater-Raritan alum (2002-2005) who played college football at Wilkes University.
Joined Bridgewater-Raritan in 2024 after coaching stops at Towson and Randolph, plus internships with Rutgers and TEST Football Academy.
A Bridgewater-Raritan alum (2007-2010) returning for his second stint as the Panthers' defensive coordinator, after two years in the role at Franklin.
Former head coach and defensive coordinator at Middlesex High School, plus defensive coordinator at Manville and a 5-year NFL High School Player Development Coach.
Played football at Bergen Catholic and William Paterson University; previously the Panthers' head freshman coach and a defensive coordinator at Bound Brook and Pascack Valley.

Media Day
Every athlete's professional portraits — clean shots built for banners, programs, and recruiting profiles.
Summer prep included a 7v7 tournament at Rutgers University (June 20) against a 16-team field, and the offensive/defensive line group taking home the Gridiron Challenge in Sayreville (June 12). A make-up day ran Tuesday, August 11 for anyone who missed the shoot. The Panthers also appeared at the Big State Sports Media Day, Thursday, August 20, as Big State Sports gears up to broadcast every BR home game this season.
